At Goldsboro Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
